Sole Source Award to Neopost USA, Inc. for continuous rental of Neopost Postage Meters.

The National Park Service (NPS) intends to award on a sole source basis to Neopost USA, Inc. for the continuing rental of Neopost USA, Inc. proprietary postage meters, as authorized by FAR 6.302 (a)(2). The NPS currently owns over 200 plus Neopost USA, Inc. proprietary postage meter machines, which are in use throughout the NPS. The rental units are to be used in conjunction with Neopost units currently owned by the NPS. Inaddition, the USPS Postage is provided through Neopost USA, Inc., through their proprietary and secure postage meter lockboxes with delivery order D0026115001. Therefore, it would not be cost effective or in the best interest of the Government to lease/rental other similar post meters which may be available from alternate vendors. No solicitation is available. The Contract - C0026115003 will be issued on November 10, 2010 for postage meter rentals through Neopost USA, Inc.
