ARRA Tracking Number 097.000Title: Isleta Reach Habitat RestorationTAS::14 0681::TAS Task Order under Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery Contract No. R10PC40025, Simplified Acquisition of Basic Engineering Services, previously awarded under HUB-Zone set-aside competition. Task order number R10PC40R12 is awarded on a firm-fixed price basis in the amount of $3,546,003.36 on August 16, 2010 to Stoven Construction, Inc., 2709 Vassar Place NE, Suite F, Albuquerque, NM 87107-1867 [Contractor DUNS: 623106684]. The issued task order is for the construction of various habitat benefiting the Rio Grande silvery minnow and the southwester willow flycatcher under the programmatic responsibility of the Middle Rio Grande Endangered Species Collaborative Program. Activities under the task order includes excavation of embayments and backwater features; lowering bank lines and small channels through floodplain areas; and creating additional habitat features for endangered species during prolonged dewatering and no-flow periods.
