RECOVERY "Demolish and Replace Madison Wastewater Facility", YELL 19892, TAS::14 1041::, NAISC Code 551112, "This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of the Act". The National Park Service is issuing this special notice to inform industry of the intent to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements) with Northwestern Corporation, Huron, SD. This requirement is for the upgrade to 3-phase underground electric lines at the Madison Wastewater Facility at Yellowstone National Park, WY. These lines will be owned by Northwestern Corporation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1, this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304.
