Notice of Intent to Award to SEEDS under authority at 16 USC 1721-1730, Youth Conservation Corps. Federal Government is limited to support of 75% of total project costs. SEEDS will contribute 25% of total project costs. Total project cost $81,529. Federal government cost $48,100. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements within the parameters of 16 USC 1721-1730, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet these requirements by 25 Jun 2010 12:00PM CDT.
