There is no solicitation. The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, OR has plans to award using other than full and open competition to EMF Metal Fabrication of Centerville IA for additional fish feeders. The Lower Snake River Compensation office has a need to procure additional fish feeders that will function with existing equipment. The model being procured is the "Whisper Feeder Pond Partner," which is an automatic fish feeder and this item will match and function with existing equipment on site. The Service intends to award Sole Source to EMF Metal Fabrication. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1.
