RECOVERY: ARRA Project DM0044B and DM00048 for the US Geological Survey/Earth Resources Observation and Science (EROS) Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota has a requirement for construction services for replacement and relocation of an existing security booth structure, partial replacement and renovation of existing asphalt roadways at the Mundt Federal Building in support of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) located at the EROS Science Center, 47914 252nd Street, Sioux Falls SD 57198. The work specified includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Construct new Security Booth for control of the main entrance to the EROS Center facility. 2. Relocate existing Security Booth to Service Road West Entrance and provide extension of required underground electrical and communication utility services to new location. 3. Provide electric swing gates at lanes controlled by the Security Booth and Service Road West Entrance. 4. Provide electrical power, lighting, controls, data, and communications cable and equipment for new Security Booth. 5. Provide mechanical water, waste and sewer piping, heating and air conditioning equipment, ductwork and accessories for new Security Booth. 6. Provide crack repair, slurry seal, mill, fabric, and overlay, and reconstruction of specified asphalt roadways and parking. Remove and dispose of off-site all materials shown to be demolished.
