Describe the services or supplies, including make & model number, to be acquired below. 15 Hotel rooms for 90 nights beginning 6/1/10. Rental of meeting room for 90 days beginning 5/15/10. Due to the high degree of activity in the area for oil soill response, hotel and meeting rooms are at premium. This was the only source that could meet our requirement 4.
