Recovery - Leak Detection for Controlled Canal Reaches Using Multispectral Scanner Imagery

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT NOs. R10PC40017, R10PC40018, AND R10PC40019. The contractors are: 1) Aero-Metric, Inc., 4708 S College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80525; 2) Fugro Horizons, Inc., 3600 Jet Drive, Rapid City, SD 57703; and 3) Woolpert, Inc., 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 105, Englewood, CO 80112; respectively. A task order will be competed and awarded to one of the three contractors listed above based on the best value to the Government. The purpose of the task order is to acquire 5-band multispectral scanner (MSS) imagery, imagery interpretation, and analysis to identify water leaks and related products to be used for a leak detection study of controlled canal reaches that Bureau of Reclamation operates in our Mid Pacific, Pacific Northwest , Upper Colorado, Lower Colorado, and Great Plains Regions. Approximately 957 miles of canal reaches in our five Regions are planned to be imaged. The overall objective is to identify potential canal leakage for the Bureau of Reclamation to aid field inspection activities and risk analysis.
