RECOVERY - Eleven County Virginia LiDAR In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00013 awarded to Dewberry & Davis, LLC. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The task order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Task Order # G10PD00948, Dollar Value of This Action is $975,272.67 for planning, acquisition, processing and digital elevation modeling of lidar surveys to be collected for approximately 2,575 total square miles. Period of Performance is from date of award to no later than September 30, 2010. Place of Performance is ten counties and one city in southeast Virginia; Northumberland, Lancaster, Middlesex, Gloucester, Mathews, Suffolk, Surry, Isle of Wight, King and Queen, James City counties, and the city of Williamsburg. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act.
