RECOVERY - Demolition of Discontinued Streamgages and Cableways (Minnesota and South Dakota) In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the 'Act'), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to issue a task order under established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G10PC00071 awarded to MWE Services, Inc. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE INCUMBENT CONTRACTOR. The original award was made on a competitive basis. The task order issued against aforementioned contract is as follows: Delivery Order # G10PD01207, Dollar Value of This Action is $104,833.20 for demolition of discontinued streamgages and cableways throughout the state of Minnesota and for one site in South Dakota. Period of Performance is 12 months from date of award. Place of Performance will include multiple sites (Priority 3 locations) throughout the state of Minnesota and one site in South Dakota. Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required.
