The Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Division of Acquisitions, intends to award a sole source acquisition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to: Transitions, LLC, 9709 Mather Avenue, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. Transitions, LLC is the current consultant providing services to the Crownpoint Community School in Crownpoint, NM 87313, for individual and group mentorship services to staff in the area of Mathematics. Services to include the following: one on one teacher classroom support to work with the staff, especially those needing extra direction and support in the teaching of mathematics from a New Mexico Standards-Based and hands-on approach. The mentor will be on site daily to provide on-going classroom demonstrations and support to teachers on a rotating basis. Follow-up reports will be completed after each weekly visit. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within three days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
