RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS REGION 5 A&E IDIQ CONTRACTS SOUTHERN ZONE. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for A&E Services to Design the Rehabilitation of Service Area Buildings for the Patuxent Research Refuge, Laurel, Maryland. It is the intent of the government to award a task/delivery order against an existing IDIQ contract. This contract was awarded under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 36.6 for Architect and Engineering Services. The selected IDIQ vendor is Burgess & Niple, Inc. - Contract No. 501816D005. The task/delivery order will be fixed price. The NAICS code is 541310. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist of designing the rehabilitation of the Services Area Buildings at the Patuxent Research Refuge, Laurel, Maryland. The final design will be incorporated into a solicitation for the eventual construction work to rehabilitate the structures.
