RECOVERY Design Build of Interpretive Media and films for Tuskegee Airman National Historic Site

RECOVERYThis is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to complete the following: The purpose of Part One of this contract is to provide all design-build services including comprehensive research and information necessary for exhibit development, planning, design, production and installation of interpretive media, the purpose of Part Two of this contract is to produce a 20-25 minute high-definition video program with 5.1 surround sound and a 5-10 minute pre-show "welcome loop" to be shown in the Hangar Two theater at Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site, and the purpose of Part Three of this contract is to archive the Tuskegee Airmen Oral History Project audio files as archival 44.1 kHz/16 bit .wav and MP3 files and deliver five identical copies on hard drive along with their transcripts. The project performance period is 30 days after issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code is 339999. The small business size standard is 500 employees. The estimated price range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This project is being solicited and awarded as a Small Business set-aside.
