RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Region 5 located in Hadley, Massachusetts intends to award the Furnishing and Installation of a Solar PV System to supplement building electrical use for the newly constructed Visitor Contact Station located at the E.B. Forysthe National Wildlife Refuge, Atlantic County, Oceanville, New Jersey with MJJ Construction out of Atco, NJ. This contract was previously competed and awarded under Contract No. 501818C101.
