Recovery - FFS Project #R5GF TAS 14-1610 2009/2010 Replace Entrance Road Culverts

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER THE USFWS REGION 3 IDIQ CONTRACTS. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS Region 5 has a requirement for the Replacement of Entrance Road Culverts at the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge, Kent County, Rock Hall, Maryland. It is the intent of the government to award a task/delivey order against an existing IDIQ contract. These contracts were awarded under the procedures outlined in FAR Part 36 for Architectural and Engineering Services - Design/Build. The selected IDIQ Vendor is Ducks Unlimited - Contract No. 301817D007. The task/delivery order will be firm fixed-price. The NAICS code is 237310. PROJECT INFORMATION: The work shall consist in replacing five (5) entrance road culverts/water control structures (WCS) in the exact location of five (5) existing non-functional culverts/WCS. Completion of work will stablize the runoff to properly direct water below the road and into adjacent marshlands. All of this aids in road preservation downstream.
