Award Amount $1,200,000.00 on 6/3/2009 to Northern Management Services, 607 CHurch Street, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864-1636. The project will involve interior demolition and construction of the 9,022 square foot building that serves as headquarters for refuge staff. Upon completion, the project will provide the Refuge with an expanded and improved auditorium, a new shingle roof, energy efficient windows, doors and insulation, high efficiency lighting, solar-thermal hot water, a new heating and air conditioning system and upgraded telephone and data communications systems. This task order was previously awarded with line items that were meant to be funded at a later date.
