Andrews and Anderson Architects has been involved in the all pre-design effort of this project from the initial scoping through mock construction evaluations. To actively seek and procure the services of any other firm for completion of the schematic design required by this task order is detrimental to the project. Only Andrews and Anderson has the necessary data and information from their investigations, analyses, and conclusions made to date on this unusual and highly technical project to successfully complete this work on schedule, and avoid jeopardizing award of the construction portion of this RECOVERY project by the end of FY 10.
