The Logistic Company, Inc. The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center on behalf of the FORSCOM, AFLG-SMS, 1777 Hardee Ave, SW, Ft. McPherson, GA, intends to make a Sole Source award to make a Time and Material purchase order to The Logistic Company, Inc, Fayetteville, NC. Specifically, FORSCOM has the need for Reconciliation services between Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS), SARSS-1, SARSS2AC, SARSS2B and LIDB using the Reconciliation of Automated Management Systems (ROAMS) software program. The Reconciliation of Automated Management Systems (ROAMS) features: Reconciles the three major components of the requisitioning and support process (SARSS-1, SARSS-2AC/B, and LIDB.Identifies discrepancies among the three reconciliation components.Compares SARSS-1, SARSS2B, MRF and Suspense to determine overage referrals and retrograde.Produces the MILSTRIP-format adjustment transactions needed to correct the discrepancies.Provides detailed management reports for review and action. The Reconciliation of Automated Management Systems (ROAMS) is a proprietary software program developed by The Logistics Company specifically for US Army FORSCOM. FORSCOM has been using this ROAMS reconciliation software application since 2000. ROAMS currently is the only known compatible software application to be used with SARSS.
