The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Phoenix Area Office intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with US Media Services for the completion of Phase II of a website development and design. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as supported by FAR 6.302-1(2)(ii). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms believing they can provide these supplies or services above must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate their capabilities and qualifications to meet this requirement by 4:30 p.m. local time on 08/31/2009.
