RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO contractors with an existing an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract as awarded under the multiple award IDIQ contract for alteration/repair/demolition projects for the work category of buildings. IDIQ contracts were previously awarded competitively with the use of best value source selection procedures.The IDIQ Task Order is firm fixed price. The USFWS has a requirement to provide energy updates to the 1940 vintage Office Building at Steigerwald National Wildlife Refuge. Work will be completed within 90 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The NAICS code is 236220; size standard $33.5 million. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Basis for award will be low price. A site visit has been scheduled for Monday, August 31, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Offerors shall meet at the Steigerwald Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Washougal, Washington, just inside the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area boundary, between State Route 14 and the Columbia River in Clark County, Washington.
