This opportunity (Task Order Proposal Request no. 80181RR448) is available as a competitive task order only to the following contractors that were awarded a U.S. FWS Region 1 Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract under Alteration/Repair/Rehab/Demolition projects for the work category of construction: EDL Construction, CA; Sansone Co. CA; Yerba Buena Eng. & Construction, CA; DJM Construction, CA; SM Construction, CA; Five Rivers Construction Inc., WA; Combined Effort, CA; and MJ Hughes Construction, OR. The estimated closing proposal response date is 09/14/2009. The estimated award date is 09/21/2009. The PSC is Z222, NAICS code is 237310, and the size standard is $33.5 million. Estimated project magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. After evaluation of offers is completed, the Government intends to issue a firm fixed price task order to the ID/IQ contractor (offeror) whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government.
