Alligator and Amphibian Monitoring on Lake Apopka, North Shore Restoration Area

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intend to award a noncompetitive contract to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. This procurement is to perform the last of the four task require to complete the study of Alligator and Amphibian Monitoring in Lake Apopka, North Shore Restoration Area. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1, this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Any other interested organizations must submit a written statement of their capabilities and qualifications to fulfill this requirement to the identified point of contact as soon as possible, but not later than 10:00 a.m. local time on 08/11/2009.
