THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO Winzler and Kelly of Portland Oregon UNDER THE USFWS REGION 1 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 101819D237. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS has a requirement for planning and design services for the proposed Visitor Center for the Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge in Kihei, Maui Hawaii. IDIQ contract was previously awarded under A/E procedures following the Brooks Act and source selection under this requirement is considered a competitive requirement following these source selection guidelines.
