Recovery - Leak Detection for Controlled Canal Reaches Using Natural Color and Thermal Infrared Imagery

The contractors are: 1) Woolpert, Inc., 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 105, Englewood, CO 80112; 2) Fugro Horizons, Inc., 3600 Jet Drive, Rapid City, SD 57703; and 3) Aero-Metric, Inc., 4708 S College Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80525, respectively. A task order will be competed and awarded to one of the three contractors listed above based on the best value to the Government. The purpose of the task order is to acquire natural color imagery, thermal infrared (IR) imagery, and related products to be used for a study to detect leakages in the canals.
