Recovery - A/E Services for Design Development Services and Construction Documents

In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY: The Department of the Interior, National Park Service, intends to issue a task order under a previously competed and established Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract, No. C8078080178, with Architectural Resources Group (ARG) of San Francisco, CA to furnish the design and construction documents to add a new wing to the Youth Hostel at Point Reyes National Seashore. This opportunity is available only to ARG, who completed the preliminary design (Title I) services. The NPS now seeks to acquire the final design development and construction documents (Title II) for the project. The final construction documents will be used as the basis for a competitive Request for Proposal that will be used to solicit a construction contract associated with this project.
