Unit Price $______, Extended Price $__________ NOTE: ALL CLINS shall meet the following:-Must meet AWWA C219. -Centerline gap between coupled pipes shall be 1-inch. -Coupling shall consist of one 316L stainless steel middle ring, two 304SS followers, two elastomeric wedge section gaskets and elliptic-neck, track-head stainless steel TP304 bolts and nuts designed to properly compress the gaskets. -Steel middle rings shall be cold expanded beyond yield point. -All followers and rings shall be fusion bonded epoxy coated per AWWA-C213-01, or approved equal. Salient characteristics for acceptable standards for the epoxy coat are the following: 1. Wide process industry use, 2. Documented success in high-salinity service, 3. Technical requirements as least as strict as AWWA-C213-01.-Gaskets shall be styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) compounded for water and sewer service per AWWA C111. -Must be rated for 600 psig service at 120 Farenheit. FOB Destination to the Bureau of Reclamation, Warehouse, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, AZ 85364. Delivery shall be within 4-6 weeks after receipt of order. The contractor shall be responsible for packing and shipping the components in a manner that will ensure undamaged and complete arrival to the Bureau of Reclamation Warehouse, Yuma, AZ. Shipments are only allowed during normal business hours of Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00 p.m., no shipments shall be made on Federal Holidays.
