B--Notice of intent to award a sole source contract for the calibration/validation and maintenance of the ELCOM/CAEDYM model for Lake Mead.

The National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area intends to award a sole cource contract to Flow Science Incorporated, 723 East Green Street, Pasadena, CA 91101-2111 for calibration/validation and maintenance of the ELCOM/CAEDYM model for Lake Mead. This contract is for the development of a water quality predictive computer model for the entirety of Lake Mead, including the Boulder Basin, Overton Arm, Virgin Basin, and Gregg Basin. The model will enable interagency team involved in water quality and water management to review potential impacts of various scenarios of water uses and community developments on lake tributaries. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541330 with a size standard of $5M-$10M.
