Notice of Intent to issue a Single Source Award to Parrott Investment Company Inc. There is no solicitation. The Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 1, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for the procurement of 5,422 acre feet of water to be delivered to seasonally flooded managed wetlands at Sanctuary I and II of the Llano Seco Unit of the Sacramento River National Wildlife Refuge, Willows, California. Due to to their location and operating irrigation system, Parrott Investment Company Inc is the only known source that can meet Agency requirements. The Service intends to award Sole Source to Parrot Investment Company Inc. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
