Notice of intent to award a Sole-Source Contract Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Dr. James Kari (dba Dena"Inaq' Titaztunt), 1089 Bruhn Rd., Fairbanks, AK 99709-6852. Dr Kari will develop, produce and supply two (2) booklets on the Dena'ina language for the National Park Service, Lake Clark National Park, as part of the Ethnographic Baseline Studies. Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), the value of the contract is expected to be under $30,000. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This service will be procured under Firm Fixed Price Service in accordance with FAR 12 procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
