B--NOTICE OF INTENT - To award sole source procurement with the Defenders of Wildlife

The Defenders of Wildlife will provide quarterly progress reports and a final report by December 31, 2007 to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on the development of the Cooperative Registry of Conservation Actions (hereafter referred to as the Registry); the Defenders of Wildlife will incorporate appropriate technical information provided by the Service that will ensure the Registry includes appropriate data fields and structure which adequately describe conservation actions conducted to implement State Wildlife Action Plans; and access to data in the Registry will be provided to Service employees.
