Description

The purpose of this special notice is to cancel the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's intent to sole source its requirement to conduct population viability analyses (PVA) and population habitat viability anlyses (PVHA) for the Rio Grande Silvery Minnow. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for full and open competition. The solicitation will be available on or about July 20, 2007.
