This Standard Competition indicates that government performance is more cost effective than performance by private-sector. The Agency Tender's price proposal was $8,829,492.18 (price includes the phase in, base and all option periods.) The Department of Defense Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Mr. Philip W.
