V--On March 27, 2007 Subject RFP was issued for the purchase or lease of three Found Bushawk XP aircraft. Competitive proposals were received and the decision was made to purchase three aircraft. The cost evaluation in accordance with OMB Circular

Competitive proposals were received. As stated in the RFP a cost evaluation in accordance with OMB Circular A76 was conducted to determine if purchase or lease was the most cost effective method of acquisition. The cost analysis revealed that purchasing the aircraft was the most cost effective and represented the best value to the Government. The cost analysis is posted under the Award Section of the NBC Aviaiton Management web site, NBC.GOV/AMD. The purpose of this notice is to comply with the requirements contained in OMB Circular A76 for public notice and the opportunity to comment on the cost analysis. Comments must be directed to the Contracting Office, Alf Aanensen at the address contained in this announcment and as listed on referenced web site posting.
