V--To update a ARA resource listing of qualified contractor operated and maintained aviation services for agency consideration on an as-needed basis, consisting of helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft.

Purpose: To update a Aircraft Rental Agreement (ARA) resource listing of qualified contractor operated and maintained aviation services for agency consideration on an as-needed basis, consisting of helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft capable of providing emergency hire and wildland fire suppression support. Each emergency order and project requirement (project requirement applicable to lower 48 states only) should not exceed $100,000 for the period of March 9, 2007 through Dec 31, 2007. Services will be in support of Department of the Interior, Aviation Management customers and will be in accordance with ARA terms and conditions and all applicable Supplements. A copy of the ARA is available at www.nbc.gov. Terms and Conditions: To be considered for placement on the ARA listing, all contractors must be capable of meeting the terms and conditions of the Master ARA agreement, including all applicable Supplements identified in Section B. In addition, the Government will determine whether sufficient work exists near the contractor's operating base to justify creation of an ARA. New applicants for ARA agreements will be required to submit their proposals in accordance with ARA Section D "Information to Offerors," and will include completion of forms identified in Section A. Incomplete offers will not be considered.
