B--Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces an A-76 streamlined competition to provide National Sign Shop Operations

In accordance with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76, dated 29, 2003, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) announces an A-76 streamlined competition to provide National Sign Shop Operations at the BLM Rawlins Sign Shop, Rawlins, Wyoming. Currently, these services are provided by Government employees, augmented with contractor support from Fed Source. Approximately 7.5 Government full time equivalents (FTEs), one contractor position and two private sector contracts are included in this study. The Bureau of Land Management has received approval for a time extension of 45days for the streamlined competition process in order to conduct a most efficient organization. The projected end date for completion is September 30, 2005. The completion will be conducted using documented market research in accordance with the Circular and no solicitation will be issued.
