Description

NAICS 237310 National Park Service, George Washington Carver National Historic Site, Diamond, Missouri, will issue a non competitive purchase order FAR Part 13 to Newton County, Missouri for the paving of roads/parking at the park, including park access. Newton County will share the cost of the project with the National Park Service through the supply of labor and materials under a Memorandum of Understanding. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
