RECOVERY----- Task order to existing Multi-Disciplinary Architect Services IDIQ

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE OREGON/WASHINGTON BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM), MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ARCHITECT SERVICES IDIQ CONTRACT. This is not a solicitation. The BLM Oregon/Washington State Office has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for Salem District Heating/Domestic Hot Water System Retrofit in Oregon. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on the existing IDIQ contract for evaluating existing heating/domestic hot water system, recommending alternatives for improvements/replacement of the system. This five year contract was awarded using the competitive process in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.6 for Architect-Engineer Services. The awarded contract L06PC90066 was to Otak, Inc. The Task order will be firm fixed price. PROJECT INFORMATION: The A-E shall conduct a heating load evaluation of the existing building assuming improved glazing, evaluate new energy efficient heating/domestic hot water systems, design and prepare construction contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, and inspect the installation and upgrade of the selected heating/domestic hot water system at Salem District Office in Salem, Oregon.
