D--AT&T GLOBAL SRV - FY12 RENEWAL

This special notice from the National Business Center is to notify the contractor community of the intent to award sole source to AT&T Global Network Services for a direct transmission circuit. Due to the unique and specialized functional considerations being supported at NVC, AT&T is the only vendor with permission and access to provide the required services. This requirement is a continuation of service and is given authority under FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice is not a request for competitive quotation. However, interested persons may identify and respond to this requirement. The government will consider responses received by 02/06/2012
