This is a revised synopsis to R12SY20195 Uniform Park Ranger to cover the remaining option years on the purchase order (Option Years 2 through 4). The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region, negotiated on a sole source basis with Stans Image Uniforms to provide Uniform components for a firm fixed price purchase order for the Bureau of Reclamations, Central California, New Melones Field Office under authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). However, the previous synopsis did not state that Reclamation intended to award a base year and 4 option years. Firms believing they can provide the components within the location of the Field Office must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence to that effect in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and award of this requirement will not be delayed to qualify a new contractor. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award. Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 448190 which is $19 million.
