THIS NOTICE IS PREPARED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, prepared in accordance with FAR 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) plans to issue a single source solicitation and award in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Pinnacle Ozone Solutions, LLC. Coleman National Fish Hatchery, located in Anderson, CA is in need of replacement parts for the station's larger ozone generation systems manufactured and sold by Pinnacle Ozone Solutions, LLC. The replacement parts being acquired are the Ozone Generator, QuadBlock, Generation 3, Part Number PIN-79880-2. The parts are proprietary to Pinnacle Ozone Solutions, LLC and not available for purchase through alternative retailers. This notice is NOT a request for proposal/quote or invitation for bid. A solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the proposed products may provide supporting documents demonstrating capability for future reference.
