Sources Sought for Investment Services/Terminals for the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians headquartered in Albuquerque, NM.

On behalf of the Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians (OST), the National Business Center, AQD Denver, is seeking businesses having the ability to provide state of the art professional financial on-line network services which as a minimum would include access to all organized investment markets; real-time and historical pricing; indicative technical and fundamental market information; customizable analytic capabilities; platform for communicating with market participants and highly integrated customer service. Services as a minimum would allow the OST Investment Staff access to primary broker/dealer inventories and offer the most accurate information concerning price within the government fixed-income business. Historical and current information must be in a format to download for in-house use. Additional services should include access to world, national and local news wires; access off site via hand held device and 24/7 customer and analytics support. Firms shall provide a written notice containing a description of their company's ability to provide all of the services outlined above. Notices shall contain a point of contact with phone number. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive small business opportunities exist. Based on potential responses received from qualified companies, the Government intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for full and open competition. All sources responding shall submit information relating to their business status for NAICS 523999 - Misc. Financial Investment Activities.
