70--Sources Sought - Equal Software Products to Two Specified Software Products

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) National Training Center (NTC) located at 9828 North 31st Avenue Phoenix, Arizona 85051 seeks products equal to two specified products. This is for the "or equal" factor in competing brand name or equal. The BLM NTC can not immediately compete brand name or equal because before any software can be considered it must be first based lined by the IT department. Hence, the BLM NTC can not immediately compete brand name or equal because it would not know what to base line. So the "or equal" portion must be conducted first which is what this sources sought is performing. The two products that the BLM NTC seeks "or equal" products to are those listed in the line items section.
