The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Treehouse Software under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210. The agency will renew their software licenses. The licenses are proprietary to Treehouse Software and Treehouse does not utilize resellers for their subscription services. Based on the unique qualifications of Treehouse Software, per the attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, it is in the Governments best interest to enter into a sole source agreement to obtain the licenses from Treehouse Software. The order will be administered for a base of 12 months, plus 2, 12 month option periods. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
