BIA is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of entering into a firm fixed price singe contract award. As required by the DIAR 1480.503, this acquisition is 100% set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) as defined by DIAR 1480.503. Only proposals received from ISBEEs will be considered for award. Offerors who do not qualify under the ISBEE set aside will be immediately removed from the competitive range.
