1. The purpose of this amendment is to modify the subject RFI as follows: a. Extend the due date from Monday, February 1, 2010 2:00 P.M. EST to Friday, February 5, 2010 2:00 P.M. EST. b. The website address listed in paragraph 6 of the Request for Information is changed to read as follows: i.
