RECOVERY TAS::14 1035::TAS Project Number 135346-Replace Fire Alarm System at Historic Boott Cotton Mills Museum, 92689-Install Combined Power and Heat Generation System at Historic Boott Mill, and 136608-Install Photovoltaic Panels and Wind Power Units at Maintenance Shop. This is a National Park Service project awarded and administered by USFWS. SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 982109R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE EASTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are Perini Management Services, Inc. , MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.and BlueScope Construction, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009. This ARRA Project will consist of improvements on existing facilities at Lowell National Historical Park, MA specifically fire alarm system, power and heat generation system, and installation of photovoltaic panels and wind power units.
