The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, (YOSE) has identified a requirement to provide and apply a non-porous, slip resistant, durable, multi-coat flooring system, with coving, to sixteen (16) specified campground comfort station floors located within Yosemite National Park. " Project Description: The anticipated order includes, but is not limited to the following: to provide and apply a non-porous, slip resistant, durable, multi-coat flooring system, with coving, to specified campground comfort station floors. The flooring system shall be applied to manufacturer's specifications, strictly adhering to moisture and temperature requirements. The flooring system must withstand typical restroom cleaning chemicals and the heavy foot traffic. The flooring system color shall be selected by the NPS. The flooring system shall be warranted for materials and workmanship for no less than three years. The NPS shall review and approve the system materials, components, application schedules, and methods prior to contract award. The flooring system shall be applied to specified campground comfort station floors in Yosemite National Park. Work shall be scheduled to minimize NPS operational and visitor impacts. This procurement is restricted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued o/a August 19, 2008 with a closing date of o/a September 19, 2008. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 36, the estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code for this project is 238330.
