The three companies who will be competing for this project are Perini Management Services, Inc. , MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc.and BlueScope Construction, Inc. Full and open solicitation 982109R207 was a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and was awarded on December 9, 2009. This ARRA Project wil alsol consist of improvements on existing facilities at the Chancellorsville Visitor Center in Spotsylvania, VA and the Jackson Shrine in Caroline County, VA., specifically HVAC replacement and upgrade and the installation of fire suppression and detection system.
