Item Description: Supply, deliver, and set-up/install one (1) Diamond Model DTR282-C triple gang flail mower with controls on a John Deere 7320 tractor. Delivery will be on or before 60 calendar days after award to the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge, 3815 American Blvd E., Bloomington, MN 55425-1600, FOB destination. Solicitation Number 301818Q498 is being issued in a Request for Quotation (RFQ) format. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA) under FAR 19.502-2 only on condition that at least one responsible small business submits a responsive quote with a total price of less than the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 423820, Farm and Garden Machinery, with a small business size standard of 100 employees or less. All offers must disclose their appropriate size standard in the submitted quotation to be considered responsive.
