This Request for Quotes is to supply the following items to the Brown's Park National Wildlife Refuge. 1. ½ round Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) check structure 36 inch x 4 foot high ½ round CMP, min. 16 gauge, check structure with 24 inch x 2 foot round CMP pipe stub, min. 16 gauge, with a full circumference weld. 48 inch x 30 inch base plate, minimum 12 gauge. 2 inch x 2 inch x ¼ inch stop log guide angle and ¼ inch flat bar reinforcement. 2. 12 inch lateral turnout gate with 2 foot CMP stub Gate frame and slide closure fabricated with minimum 12 gauge steel, full circumference weld on pipe stub. 3. 18 inch lateral turnout gate with 2 foot CMP stub Gate frame and slide closure fabricated with minimum 12 gauge steel, full circumference weld on pipe stub. 4. 24 inch CMP, minimum 16 gauge, 20 foot length 5. 36 inch CMP, minimum 16 gauge, 20 foot length 6. 36 inch x 12 inch band, min. 16 gauge 7. 18 inch CMP, min. 16 gauge, 10 foot length 8. 18 inch x 12 inch band, min. 16 gauge 9. 12 inch CMP, min. 16 gauge, 10 foot length 10. 12 inch x 12 inch band, min. 16 gauge 11. 24 inch x 12 inch band, min. 16 gauge 12. ½ round Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) check structure 48 inch x 5 foot high ½ round CMP, min. 16 gauge, check structure with 36 inch x 2 foot round CMP pipe stub, min. 16 gauge, with a full circumference weld. 60 inch x 36 inch base plate, minimum 12 gauge. 2 inch x 2 inch x ¼ inch stop log guide angle and ¼ inch flat bar reinforcement. All pipe, bands, gates, and structures shall be fabricated using galvanized steel. The quantities for each item are listed in the Request for Quotes. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM (MST) on 2 February 2007.
